Commitment creates better visitor experiences

In Den Gamle By we have conducted our first employee engagement survey. The result shows a high commitment score among our employees: 82 on a scale from 0-100. As a follow-up to the great results we have engaged in a process where all departments have had the opportunity to discuss the results, to highlight what is important for them to stay committed to their job and to agree on the focus areas whose development they will prioritize in the coming period. Employees and managers have all worked on the process with great enthusiasm, and welcome the opportunity to be involved in creating wellbeing and commitment for themselves and their department.
